These Terms explain how members, hosts, and administrators may access and use the Team Orange petition tools. They are provided for internal review and do not replace any legally binding contract. By continuing to use the system, you agree to these terms.

2. Acceptable Use

• Respect fellow members and avoid posting confidential data.
• Only collect signatures from coworkers who consent.
• Do not share your account or kiosk mode with unauthorized users.

3. Data Handling

Petition signatures, kiosk entries, and profile information are stored inside Team Orange's servers. Administrators may review signatures to verify quorum.

4. Changes & Contact

These Terms of Service are subject to change. Share feedback with the Team Orange steering group so the final policy can reflect member needs. Questions can be routed to the system maintainers through the dashboard contact form once available.
