Team Orange stores the personal details you supply when creating a profile (name, email, phone, optional avatar) along with petition signatures and kiosk entries. This policy documents the current approach and will be refined prior to public release.

2. How We Use The Data

• Confirm member identity when collecting signatures.
• Display petition history to account holders.
• Provide administrators the information needed to verify quorum and coordinate meetings.

3. Storage & Retention

All records live inside the team's secured servers using the same security rules referenced in the Terms of Service. Retention guidelines outline keeping signatures until a petition is resolved, after which data may be archived or deleted.

4. Your Choices

Members can view or update their profile information at any time. To request removal or raise privacy concerns, please contact the Team Orange steering group. This feedback will guide the finalized policy.
